The Story

Handcrafted with Sonora turquoise, these earrings feature bold teardrop-shaped stones framed in a radiant sun-inspired border made with the intricate coiling guizmo technique. The design recalls the energy of ancient solar symbols found throughout Mexican codices, celebrating light, power, and protection.

Each “ray” is carefully shaped to be lightweight and slightly flexible, allowing them to adjust comfortably without poking or weighing down the ear. This thoughtful detail ensures that the earrings remain bold in presence while soft in wear. Every element honors Mexico’s artisanal heritage, transforming earth’s raw beauty into a striking, contemporary statement piece.
